我部ｗ８００ｉ個ｗａｌｋｍａｎ唔知點解當我開“藝人”時，佢話就找不到音樂集，又話使用錯誤的軟件而造成，要使用ｄｉｓｃ２ｐｈｏｎｅ軟件才可以把音樂拉來這裡，但我已經唔見左隻碟，咁點算？

If this doesnt solve the problem, then there could be something wrong with the firewire. Try bringing it in to a SE shop for a checkup. Ask them why this is happening. Then you can determine whether its worthy to spend the money to fix it. Good Luck!!!
